July 29 \u2013 August 2, 2026 DART Swimming\u2019s\u00a0Lauren Lonsdale<\/a> followed up her incredible showing on the opening day of the Sacramento Futures<\/a> Championships in the 200 free with an even better swim on Thursday, climbing the all-time age group rankings in the 400 IM while doubling up with another win in the 100 back.<\/p>\n The 14-year-old dominated the final of the women\u2019s 400 IM in a time of 4:44.16, knocking more than two seconds off her previous best of 4:46.27 to move into #4 all-time in the girls\u2019 13-14 age group.<\/p>\n All-Time Performers, U.S. Girls\u2019 13-14 400 IM (LCM)<\/p>\n Becca Mann<\/a>, 4:39.76 \u2013 2012 Bend Swim Club\u2019s\u00a0Ginger Kiefer<\/a>, a rising senior at the University of Idaho, was the runner-up in 4:53.78 after breaking 5:00 for the first time in the prelims (4:58.79).<\/p>\n In the very next women\u2019s event, Lonsdale was back in the water in the 100 back, claiming her second victory of the night in a time of 1:01.77, missing her lifetime best by less than two-tenths. She set a PB of 1:01.64 just a few weeks ago at the Super League LC Championships, which ranks her 18th all-time in the 13-14 age group.<\/p>\n BYU commit\u00a0Summer Thresher<\/a> was the runner-up in the 100 back in a time of 1:02.23, improving on her year-old best of 1:02.62 set en route to winning the event at this meet in 2025.<\/p>\n Another headliner from the opening day of racing was another 14-year-old, Sarasota Sharks\u2019\u00a0Natalia Lesniewska<\/a>, who moved up into a tie for sixth all-time in the 13-14 age group on Day 1 in the 50 free by virtue of a relay lead-off.<\/p>\n On Day 2, Lesniewska set a new best time in the 100 free, winning the event in 55.88 to improve on her previous PB of 56.63 and move into a tie for 10th all-time in the girls\u2019 13-14 age group.<\/p>\n All-Time Performers, U.S. Girls\u2019 13-14 100 Freestyle (LCM)<\/p>\n Missy Franklin<\/a>, 54.03 \u2013 2009 Lesniewska was followed in the 100 free final by last night\u2019s 800 free winner, Rebecca Diaconescu<\/a>, who clocked 56.13 for her fastest swim since 2024.<\/p>\n On the men\u2019s side, Stanford commit\u00a0Nathan Foucu<\/a> broke 50 for the first time in the 100 free, blasting his way to a time of 49.94 in the final to move into a tie for 72nd all-time in the boys\u2019 17-18 age group. Foucu came into the meet with a best time of 50.32, set in June, and had reset his PB down to 50.10 in the prelims.<\/p>\n He went 1-2 with Quicksilver teammate\u00a0Tyler Porter<\/a>, who placed 2nd in 50.42 to re-lower the 50.84 best time he set in the prelims.<\/p>\n There was also a 1-2 finish from brothers Lupo Sgroi and\u00a0Vito Sgroi<\/a> in the 400 IM, as 16-year-old Lupo claimed the victory in 4:24.26 over older brother Vito (4:25.03).<\/p>\n Lupo\u2019s swim marked a massive best after breaking 4:30 for the first time in the prelims (4:29.53), while Vito, who repsresented Italy earlier this month at the European Junior Championships, also dipped under his previous best of 4:25.27.<\/p>\n OTHER EVENTS<\/p>\n Palo Alto Stanford\u2019s\u00a0Gabe Anagnoson<\/a> won the men\u2019s 100 back by nearly a second in 56.29, chopping two one-hundredths off his previous best of 56.31 set at this meet last year.

As for Lesniewska, her swim appears to rank 19th all-time among 13-14 girls, though there\u2019s no official 13-14 NAG rankings tracked for the stroke 50s.
\nNorth Bay Aquatics\u2019\u00a0Cameron Aryanpour set back-to-back best times en route to winning the men\u2019s 50 fly, clocking 24.48 in the prelims and then ultimately 24.27 in the final.
