(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 The Kern County Sheriff\u2019s Office is asking for the public\u2019s help in finding a 74-year-old man who was last seen on July 25 in the Frazier Park area.<\/p>\n<p>KCSO said Donald Tostenson was last seen in the Frazier Park area on July 25, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>He is described as 5\u201910\u201d tall, 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
