According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/ladwpnews.com\/fast-facts-about-trunk-lines-mainlines-and-leaks-in-the-ladwp-water-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Los Angeles Department of Water and Power<\/a>, an 8-inch cast iron pipe broke, leading to street flooding.<\/p>\n<p>A portion of San Vicente Boulevard was closed between Lindenhurst Avenue and Orlando Avenue as crews worked to fix the pipe.
