On Sunday, the San Francisco Giants<\/a> are finishing their series with the Padres<\/a> (in San Diego).<\/p>\n

They have dropped two out of the first three games.<\/p>\n

Most recently, the Giants<\/a> lost by a score of 6-5 on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

Ahead of Sunday\u2019s game, news came out that the Giants<\/a> had claimed Buddy Kennedy<\/a> off waivers from the Seattle Mariners<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The SF <\/a>Giants<\/a> wrote (via X):<\/a> \u201cThe #SFGiants made the following roster moves today: \u2022 IF Buddy Kennedy claimed off waivers from Seattle. \u2022 LHP Matt Gage<\/a> transferred to the 60-day Injured List.\u201d<\/p>\n

He has also had stints with the Arizona Diamondbacks<\/a>, Philadelphia Phillies<\/a>, Los Angeles Dodgers<\/a>, Detroit Tigers<\/a> and Toronto Blue Jays<\/a> over five MLB seasons.<\/p>\n
