The mystery surrounding the death of a prominent California plastic surgeon has deepened after officials revealed she drowned, but still can\u2019t determine how she first ended up in the backyard pool.<\/p>\n
Sarwa Ama Aldoori, 71, was found dead in a swimming pool behind an upscale Bakersfield home on June 30, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.<\/p>\n
Now, a forensic postmortem examination by the Kern County coroner\u2019s office has determined that Aldoori\u2019s cause of death was drowning, per KGET<\/a>.<\/p>\n Sarwa Aldoori, a 71-year-old California plastic surgeon, was found dead in a backyard pool. According to the practice\u2019s website, Aldoori specialized in women\u2019s health and wellness as well as cosmetic surgery.<\/p>\n But her professional history also included a major disciplinary battle with California medical regulators.<\/p>\n Investigators revealed that the California plastic surgeon died from drowning.
