Sacramento chefs reveal menu for Tower Bridge dinner<\/p>\n

Sacramento chefs have unveiled the menu for this year\u2019s Tower Bridge dinner, an annual event that sells out every year. <\/p>\n

The four-course dinner will include a mushroom and ricotta rotolo, a Filipino-inspired adobo quail, and a roasted pork belly chile verde. <\/p>\n

\u201cSacramento is an incredibly diverse city, and I think we have put forth a very diverse menu that speaks to all of the melting pot that is California and America as a whole,\u201d Kate Sutherland, a chef from Waterboy, said. <\/p>\n

The Tower Bridge dinner is scheduled for September and remains a highly anticipated event.<\/p>\n
