(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 Police are asking for the public\u2019s help identifying two suspects accused of felony vandalism and theft in northeast Bakersfield last month.<\/p>\n<p>The incidents happened on July 12 and July 14 at a yard in the 10300 block of Highway 178, police said.<\/p>\n<p>The suspects are described as:<\/p>\n<p>A woman with brown hair and a thin build. She was last seen wearing a straw sun hat, a tank top and high-top tennis shoesA man with blonde hair and a thin build.
