He came to San Francisco in 2010 as a part of Alexander\u2019s Steakhouse and eventually became the group\u2019s business development manager. Breaking out on his own in 2017, he opened the wagyu tasting menu restaurant Gozu near the Embarcadero, which he flipped after six years into The Wild.
