PALSY, WHICH LIMITS HIS MOBILITY AND NEEDS MEDICATION. HE TAUGHT ME A LOT ABOUT CEREBRAL PALSY, THAT IT’S NOT A MENTAL CONDITION, THAT IT’S A BRAIN ISSUE AND IT’S JUST A PHYSICAL CONDITION THAT, YOU KNOW, YOU CAN’T CONTROL LIMBS. IT’S THIS SMILING FACE THAT HAS THE FAMILY OF RICHARD MCCLINTOCK DESPERATE TO FIND HIM. THEY’VE BEEN POSTING FLIERS AT HIS NATOMAS APARTMENT COMPLEX, HOPING SOMEONE HAS SEEN HIM. YOU KNOW, A PERSON IN HIS CONDITION AND WITH HIS DISABILITY TO BE OUT THERE IN THE ELEMENTS AND STUFF LIKE THAT. IT’S JUST. YOU KNOW, TOUGH. SACRAMENTO POLICE SAY RICHARD WAS LAST SEEN ON OCTOBER 25TH NEAR HIS APARTMENT COMPLEX ON SAN JUAN ROAD. HIS NEPHEW SAYS THE 59 YEAR OLD HAS CEREBRAL PALSY AND HAS MOST LIKELY RUN OUT OF THE MEDICATION HE NEEDS. HOW IMPORTANT IS IT FOR HIM TO HAVE THIS MEDICATION? IT’S HE HAS TO HAVE IT TO LIVE. HE HAS TO HAVE IT TO LIVE. AND WHILE RICHARD IS NON-VERBAL, RYAN SAYS HE’S FULL OF LIFE. HE’S DEFINITELY A FIERY GUY. FUNNY, FUN TO BE AROUND. LOVE THE GUY AND. YEAH, HE’S A GREAT GUY. SACRAMENTO POLICE SAY RICHARD WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A YELLOW PITTSBURGH STEELERS SWEATSHIRT AND BLUE JEANS. HIS FAMILY SAYS HE LIVES WITH HIS LONGTIME CAREGIVER AND WOULD PERIODICALLY CHECK IN WITH THEM. IT IS 100% OUT OF CHARACTER FOR HIM. WE’RE DOING AS MUCH AS WE CAN. WE’VE BEEN AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND, YOU KNOW, DOING OUR PART AND CALLING, YOU KNOW, THE HOSPITAL, THE BUS COMPANY, THE COMPANY THAT MAKES HIS VOICE BOX EVERYTHING. RYAN AND HIS FAMILY NOW LEFT WAITING FOR ANY NEWS TO COME IN. WE KNOW WHAT WE FEEL. AND WHAT WE WHAT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE TO US. SO, YOU KNOW, THAT’S THAT’S JUST KIND OF WHERE WE’RE AT. BUT WE’RE GOING TO LET THE POLICE DO THEIR JOBS. NOW, SACRAMENTO POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING THE CASE. THEY SAY ANY INFORMATION RELEASED SO FAR COULD POTENTIALLY CHANGE, BUT ANYONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHING IS URGED TO REACH OUT TO THEM. LIVE IN THE NEWSROOM. I’M KC
