(FOX26)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>According to Fresno County Jail records, Jefferey Vernon Michaels was booked on a murder charge.<\/p>\n<p>This comes after the death of Alison Riley, whose legal name is Tatyana McIntyre.<\/p>\n<p>Riley was reported missing Tuesday after she failed to pick up her daughter from school. <\/p>\n<p>Her rented Zipcar was later found abandoned in an orchard near Academy and McKinley avenues.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, Fresno police served a search warrant at a home on East Grove Avenue, where Riley was found dead. <\/p>\n<p>[RELATED] <a href=\"https:\/\/kmph.com\/news\/crime\/cassandra-michael\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Detectives testify against Cassandra Michael in shooting case of Caleb Quick<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Her mother told FOX26 her body was discovered in the garage.<\/p>\n<p>Homicide detectives said evidence of a disturbance was found inside the home.<\/p>\n<p>Family members told FOX26 the home belongs to Riley&#8217;s ex-boyfriend and father of two of her children. <\/p>\n<p>Lopez also said Riley had previously disclosed alleged domestic violence involving the children&#8217;s father.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation remains ongoing, and additional details surrounding Michaels&#8217; arrest have not yet been released.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"FRESNO, Calif.
