The Westbound SR-52 off-ramp to Kearny Villa Road was also closed.<\/p>\n<p>By about 4 p.m., the ramps were reopened, but it was not immediately clear if Kearny Villa Road had been reopened.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The following road closures are still in place by law enforcement agencies for safety: <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Northbound SR-163 on-ramp to E SR-52 <br \/>&#8211; West SR-52 to Kearny Villa Rd.<\/p>\n<p>Please be advised there may be temporary traffic impacts in the area.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 SDFD (@SDFD) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SDFD\/status\/2085860023679459711?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow\">August 7, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
