But the most high-profile amenity at Outside Lands that\u2019s brand new for 2026 is a full-on barbershop with four chairs open to anyone who\u2019s looking to chop off some length.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-block break-words article-body text-left\">Sheena Lister runs <a href=\"https:\/\/sfstandard.com\/2025\/10\/28\/barb-shop-sf-short-haircuts-for-women\/\" data-post-id=\"97ccd798-6356-4cf4-92ab-3b5e4f55833d\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Barb<\/a>, a Bernal Heights business that caters to a largely queer and lesbian clientele. A longtime city resident, she\u2019s been to 15 Outside Lands. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-block break-words article-body text-left\">\u201cThis is the best festival in the world,\u201d she said. \u201cIt does an amazing job of giving people permission to be themselves. That\u2019s what we\u2019re here for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-block break-words article-body text-left\">Lack of sinks be damned, Lister and her staff are offering several services, including a traditional fade and a no-fuss, just-get-rid-of-it cut. \u201cA couple people have come in, like, \u2018Just fucking buzz it.
