Between 12:30 p.m. and 1:17 p.m., the blaze had spread from 10 acres to 32 acres.<\/p>\n<p>Firefighters had halted the blaze\u2019s forward progress, according to one of Cal Fire\u2019s social media accounts.<\/p>\n<p>The cause of the fire was under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, the area, just east of Highway 101, burned in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fire.ca.gov\/incidents\/2019\/6\/9\/malech-fire\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">210-acre, two-day blaze called the Malech Fire<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is a breaking news story.
