SAN LEANDRO, Calif. \u2014 A magnitude 3.8 earthquake<\/a> struck the San Francisco<\/a> Bay Area at 8:30 a.m. local time Thursday. The quake’s epicenter was just 3.2 miles below the surface about 2.5 miles south of San Leandro, California<\/a>, according to the USGS.\u00a0<\/p>\n
