Surveillance images shared by the store show at least two people inside the market, their faces covered with light-colored cloth, as well as an overturned cash drawer and merchandise scattered across the floor behind the checkout counters.

“These guys have many identifying tattoos/features and were wearing yellow Timberlands and black/white Jordans,” the company said in its statement. “They stole money, products, and caused tens of thousands of dollars of damage.”

The market’s owners said they are reviewing additional surveillance footage and providing images to the Anaheim Police Department as investigators work to identify those involved.

“We’ve been serving this community for over 40 years,” the owners said while appealing to the public for help.

They are asking anyone who lives nearby to check doorbell and security cameras for footage that may have captured the burglars before or after the break-in.

“If you recognize these criminals or if anyone in the neighborhood has additional ring camera footage, please send information to the Anaheim Police Department or email info@lareinamarkets.com,” the statement read.

Anaheim police have not yet released additional details about the break-in.
