The new logo modernizes the beloved \u201cI Fly OAK\u201d tag line while preserving the spirit and recognition travelers have associated with Oakland\u2019s airport for years. The refresh aligns with the airport\u2019s new name and reflects OAK\u2019s vision for the future while celebrating the values that have long defined its passenger experience: convenience, accessibility, value, and connection to the diverse communities of the Bay Area. Recent improvements include extensive restroom renovations, the addition of new locally inspired dining and retail options like Trader Vic\u2019s, which will open in the coming weeks. Looking ahead, OAK\u2019s proposed Terminal Modernization and Development Project will create an even better experience for future generations of travelers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refreshed logo will first be introduced digitally on the airport\u2019s online platforms and on screens throughout the terminals. Rollout for physical locations throughout the airport will occur in the coming months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In coordination with the launch, OAK will host a special National Aviation Day event in Terminal 2 (post-security) today from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, inviting travelers of all ages to explore aviation-themed activities and learn more about the airport\u2019s role in connecting the Bay Area to destinations around the world.
