\nCharles Matoian Enterprises, Inc. leased a 49,803-square-foot industrial building at 2155 E. Muscat Ave. in Fresno from the California Highspeed Rail Authority. Nick Audino, SIOR, and Kyle Riddering of Newmark Pearson Commercial were the agents in cooperation with Bob Gibson of Coolidge Street Real Estate Partners.<\/p>\n
\nThe Better Business Bureau purchased a 12,399-square-foot single-story office building at 2550 W. Shaw Ave. in Fresno from Fresno County Federal Credit Union. Nick Sorensen and Phil Souza of Newmark Pearson Commercial were the agents in cooperation with James Bitter of Fortune Associates.<\/p>\n
