It was the first game for high schools in the Kern County area.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"KBAK\/KBFX\" class=\"ImageEmbed_image__qZBo_\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"365\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/a7988f8d-d687-45a0-9cba-f5eed24dd849-Image25.jpg\" width=\"648\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Police said there is limited to no information on a suspect.<\/p>\n<p>According to the post, it said, \u201cOur thoughts and prayers go out to the family, students, staff, friends, and everyone affected by this heartbreaking tragedy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>They said they would like to support the families affected during this time. \u201cIf there is a way to donate, contribute, or help the family directly, please reach out to us,\u201d said in the post.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"BAKERSFIELD, Calif.
