A man at a Park & Ride lot in Fullerton was stabbed just before 11 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 23, and was reported to be in critical condition, police said.<\/p>\n
Officers responded to a call at 10:39 a.m. of an assault with a deadly weapon at the Orange County Transportation Authority Park & Ride lot at 3000 West Orangethorpe Ave., near the 5 and 91 freeways.<\/p>\n
The man had been stabbed with a knife or some other sharp object, Fullerton police spokesperson Kristy Wells said.<\/p>\n
The attacker remained at large as of mid-afternoon.<\/p>\n
The Park & Ride offers free parking, 24-hour access, and regular connections to local Orange County buses. Many use it to catch the bus to Disneyland and more recently to the OC Fair.<\/p>\n
The victim\u2019s name was not released.<\/p>\n
