How did your ZIP do? \u2013 Orange County Register"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Orange County home prices dipped in 38% of its ZIP codes over the last two years, according to Attom.<\/p>\n<p>The report takes a longer-term view than usual: Tracking 84 local ZIP codes and how their sales fared in the 12 months ending in April compared with the previous 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>The median selling price was up in 51 ZIPs and down in 32. One was unchanged. The priciest ZIP was Newport Coast 92657, with a median price of $5.5 million. The cheapest was Laguna Woods 92637\u2019s $519,000 median.<\/p>\n<p>Sales were up in 47 ZIPs, down in 35, and two were unchanged. The busiest ZIP was Laguna Niguel 92677 with 809 sales.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, the countywide median of $1.22 million was up 2% in this period. Total sales of 2,154 were up 1%.<\/p>\n<p>How did your ZIP do?
