SJSU storylines: SJSU is coming off a 45-38 win against Hawaii<\/a> which improved its record to 3-5<\/a>. \u2026 SJSU needs to go at least 3-1 over its next four to have a shot at a bowl game\u2026. Wide receiver Danny Scudero<\/a> is the fastest FBS receiver to reach 1,000 yards this season. \u2026 With 1,085 receiving yards through eight games, Scudero is the fastest receiver in SJSU history to reach the mark. \u2026 Scudero, Kyri Shoels and Leland Smith all topped 100 yards receiving last week against Hawaii, making San Jose State the only school to have three receivers top triple digits each in the same game twice this season.\u00a0 \u2026 Walker Eget leads the country with 325.9 passing yards per game and was the Mountain West offensive player of the week after his 458-yard output against Hawaii.<\/p>\n

Air Force storylines: Air Force is coming off a 20-17 loss to Army. \u2026 Four of Air Force\u2019s six losses have been within one score. \u2026 Air Force is 0-3 on the road so far this season and has three of its next four games on the road. \u2026 In his 19th season as head coach of the Falcons, Troy Calhoun hopes to lead them on a similar season turnaround as they had in 2024, when they started the season 1-7 before going on a four-game win streak to close.<\/p>\n
