(KERO) \u2014 A 16-year-old teen drowned at Lake Ming Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Details are scarce, but the Kern County Sheriff&#8217;s office says it happened at around 4:50 pm.<\/p>\n<p>The 16-year-old went under, and four to five others jumped in the lake to try and save him, but could not find him.<\/p>\n<p>A search and rescue team found the teen at around 7 pm.<\/p>\n<p>The case is under investigation, and the name of the victim has not yet been released.<\/p>\n<p>Stay in Touch with Us Anytime, Anywhere:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"BAKERSFIELD, Calif.
