At Uncle Harry’s New York Bagelry and Coffeehouse, which has four locations in Fresno, the seasonal offerings focus on brown sugar cinnamon or pumpkin and pumpkin spice.

That includes an autumn stack — brown sugar, cinnamon butter, eggs, bacon, sausage, cheddar cheese and schmear or plain cream cheese on a bagel of the customer’s choice.

Not all new options focus on those flavors, though, as a new hot honey chili crisp butter hit the menu at the same time, and the banana cloud drink came back “by popular demand.”

Cafe con Prisci, a mobile and to-go coffee business out of Visalia and the larger Tulare County region, also recently announced its own fall menu. New drinks featured include maple bourbon lattes with cinnamon cold foam, pumpkin spice lattes with spice cold foam and caramel apple with cinnamon sugar cold foam.

Even non-coffee-themed places are getting in on the trend: Allysa’s Dirty Sipp’n Bev., a garage-based dirty soda business in Exeter, posted a fall menu Aug. 5 with six new drinks, including a pumpkin spice frizz with Dr. Pepper, pumpkin syrup, brown sugar syrup, whipped cream and cinnamon, as well as a black widow, which is Coke, blackberry syrup, vanilla syrup and sweet cream.

Fall hasn’t fully arrived in the area, though, and neither have all of the season’s new choices. Nourish, a collective market that opened earlier this summer in Old Town Clovis, is hosting a Taster’s Table Fall ‘26 on Sept. 12. It’s a ticketed event, and the $10 will allow attendees to try “seasonal bites and sips, discover new local foods, flowers and apothecary goods, meet and mingle with our purveyors, enjoy demonstrations and live music and get first access to what’s arriving at Nourish for fall,” according to the market’s website.

        Related Stories from Fresno Bee

                Amber Hair

                    The Fresno Bee

Amber Hair (they/them) is the food and restaurants reporter and influencer.
