He is accused of murdering a man whose body was discovered buried on June 9 in the 500 block of 34th Street. According to prosecutors, the victim was bound with duct tape covering his face.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"(KRON4)\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"794\" height=\"442\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" class=\"rounded-lg\" style=\"color:transparent\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/https:\/\/media.zenfs.com\/en\/kron_articles_710\/465d6098a638b7e13253d1d60e9d658e.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">&#8220;I commend the Oakland Police Department&#8217;s homicide investigators for their diligent work in identifying and apprehending the defendant in this horrific crime,&#8221; said Jones Dickson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Flores made his first appearance in court Friday. His arraignment was continued to Monday, Aug. 31, at 9 a.m., jail records show.
