Randolph Ave.WTARCH<\/p>\n<p>The project, located at 3274 N. Randolph Avenue, calls for subdividing the vacant property into six lots, each of which would be developed with a single family home. Each home would stand three stories in height and include a private garage, patio, and balcony.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/urbanize.la\/tags\/warren-techentin-architecture\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Warren Techentin Architecture<\/a> is designing the homes, which would be clad in materials including stucco and metal.<\/p>\n<p>City records list the project applicant as an executive with <a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/tags\/4site-real-estate\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">4Site Real Estate<\/a>, which previously worked with Techentin&#8217;s firm on a multifamily residential building<a href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/post\/rendering-vs-reality-eyecatching-apartment-building-hermon\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> at the intersection of Monterey Road and Avenue 60 in Hermon.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"image-and-caption\">\n<a class=\"fancybox\" href=\"https:\/\/la.urbanize.city\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/1140w\/public\/2025-12\/327%20randolph%20avenue%20map.jpg?itok=TJ8cLa3H\" rel=\"article-image-set nofollow noopener\" title=\"Google Maps\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"image-950w article-inline-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/327 randolph avenue map.jpg\" width=\"950\"\/><\/a><br \/>\n3724  N.
