(KBAK\/KBFX) \u2014 The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community\u2019s help in finding a missing 28-year-old woman last seen in central Bakersfield.<\/p>\n<p>Police said Kymber Lynn Randall was last seen on August 28th, 2026, around 1:30 p.m. in the 700 block of 8th Street.<\/p>\n<p>Randall is described as White, 5\u20192\u201d tall, 183 pounds, short blonde hair, and brown eyes.
