(FOX26)<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The scene is near the Red Carpet on Blackstone, between Ashlan and Gettysburg Avenues.<\/p>\n<p>In audio form police scanners, an officer can be heard calling for backup.<\/p>\n<p>This guy is just crazy. He&#8217;s running all over the place. He just rear-ended me going full blast&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The Fresno Police Department says their initial investigation shows that an older driver became disoriented, and crashed into the back of a Fresno Police Department Chaplain&#8217;s vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>They then crashed into a vacuum system at the Red Carpet car wash.<\/p>\n<p>Two people could be seen being evaluated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"FRESNO, Calif.
