After taking two losses in three matches to start the season in the Wildcat Invitational, San Francisco (1-2) plays for the first time this season at home. The Dons are coming off their first straight-sets loss of the season. Last season, the Dons went 5-9 at home in a season where they struggled to find wins. The home opener is against Cal State Bakersfield (2-1), who are coming off two wins in three matches at the ACU Invitational. They are coming off a four-set victory against Abilene Christian to successfully bounce back from a loss. This season, the Roadrunners are off to a much better start to the women\u2019s college volleyball season. Last season, the Roadrunners opened up with five straight losses. Junior outside hitter Suelen Lima and senior Luiza Da Cruz have the Roadrunners playing much better to start the season.<\/p>\n
