Alfonso Castillo said the incident unfolded around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. While parked on a one-way road outside the Fresno County Superior Courthouse, two deputies noticed a white sedan speeding while driving the wrong direction.<\/p>\n<p>The deputies turned on their sirens and prepared to stop the vehicle, but the driver didn\u2019t pull over.<\/p>\n<p>A pursuit ensued. As the chase neared the intersection of Stanislaus and M streets, the deputies\u2019 vehicle crashed into a Fresno city bus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe got a total of seven people on this city bus injured,\u201d Castillo said, noting the driver was among those impacted.<\/p>\n<p>The two deputies were also taken to a nearby hospital for minor injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The white sedan fled the scene.
