It noted he wasn\u2019t able to enter the story, possibly because of the activation of a burglary alarm.<\/p>\n<p>It described him as white with a thin build wearing a black T-shirt with white letters on the chest and lower waste area, long black shorts, black socks and black-and-white tennis shoes.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information on the case is asked to call Detective C.
