{"id":451153,"date":"2026-09-02T15:08:18","date_gmt":"2026-09-02T15:08:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/451153\/"},"modified":"2026-09-02T15:08:18","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T15:08:18","slug":"actor-jaime-pressly-was-asked-multiple-times-to-leave-san-jose-hotel-lobby-report-marin-independent-journal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ca\/451153\/","title":{"rendered":"Actor Jaime Pressly was asked multiple times to leave San Jose hotel lobby: report \u2013 Marin Independent Journal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cOut of sorts\u201d actor Jaime Pressly was reportedly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/08\/31\/jaime-pressly-kicked-out-of-san-jose-hotel-after-unusual-behavior\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">asked to leave<\/a> a California hotel days before missing her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercurynews.com\/2026\/08\/29\/photos-galaxycon-takes-over-downtown-san-jose-this-weekend\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">GalaxyCon<\/a> appearance in San Jose.<\/p>\n<p>The 49-year-old \u201cMy Name is Earl\u201d star created a stir Thursday by loudly hurling obscenities into her phone while drinking booze at the Signia by Hilton San Jose, near the convention center that hosted the fan event, according to TMZ.<\/p>\n<p>She was heard telling whoever was on the call, \u201cYou are the best husband I have ever divorced and you are good to our kids\u201d before a security guard approached her.<\/p>\n<p>Pressly was said to have ignored them at first and signaled for the workers to wait while she continued her conversation. After the call she reportedly complained about the guards to a woman attending a wedding at the hotel before getting another phone call.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re done,\u201d a guard reportedly said before indicating to Pressly that she should leave the property.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" lazyautosizes lazyload\" alt=\"Jaime Pressly poses for the 2021 Critics Choice Awards on March 7, 2021 in West Hollywood, California. TMZ said security was told Pressly made unwanted physical contact with another guest, who\u2019s believed to have been the woman attending the wedding.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSources familiar with the situation\u201d told TMZ that Pressly was acting oddly because she was dealing with family matters.<\/p>\n<p>She <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/260187\/jaime-pressly-dodges-jail-in-dui-case\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor DUI<\/a> in 2011 and served no jail time, according to E!<\/p>\n<p>Pressly has <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/parents\/jaime-pressly-welcomes-twins-sons-leo-and-lenon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">twin sons<\/a> with her longtime boyfriend Hamzi Hijazi, according to People. She also has a son with music producer Eric Cubiche. She was married to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh from 2009 to 2011.
