NASA Admin Jared Isaacman to hold Q&A at Castle Air Museum<\/a><\/p>\n Inspectors and community coordinators were on site with a mobile SAT trailer to meet with parents, distribute educational resources, help residents report neighborhood hazards through the FresGO app, and explain how the city is working to abate blight and clear walking corridors surrounding school campuses.<\/p>\n
City Attorney Andrew Janz was scheduled to be available at Sunset Community Center on Tuesday, Sept. 1.<\/p>\n
In conjunction with the outreach events, Janz released a video message describing the School Area Team\u2019s proactive back-to-school safety sweeps. <\/p>\n
The message highlights efforts to engage neighborhoods around school perimeters, educate the public on municipal codes, and inspect properties for blighted conditions, fire hazards, and maintenance violations with the goal of achieving voluntary compliance before the first day of class.<\/p>\n
