It turned out to be a false alarm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The school followed district protocols and went on precautionary lockdown, said district spokesperson Eric Mitchell.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A detective unit, bomb dogs and drones arrived at the school and swept the campus, said the Lakewood Sheriff\u2019s Station watch commander. While the deputies had everything in motion to evacuate the campus, they cleared the entire school and found \u201cbusiness as usual,\u201d the watch commander said. No evidence was found to suggest the threat was legitimate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The school\u2019s lockdown was lifted at 2 p.m. following the campus sweep, Mitchell said.
