One person was killed and two others were seriously injured early Saturday morning in a crash in Barrio Logan, officials said.<\/p>\n
San Diego pollice officers responded around 3 a.m. Saturday to East Harbor Drive near Schley Street, where three people were ejected from a speeding, 2018 Dodge Charger driven by a suspected drunk driver, according to Officer David O\u2019Brien.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Charger was traveling at a high rate of speed. For an unknown reason the Charger veered to the right and collided with a parked Kia vehicle and multiple fixed objects,\u201d O\u2019Brien said.<\/p>\n
The three occupants were ejected, he said. It was not clear where each one was seated in the car.<\/p>\n
All three people in the car were taken to a hospital, where one of them died.<\/p>\n
One of the three passengers sustanined an amputated right foot, burns and lacerations. The third passenger sustained severe head trauma, according to O\u2019Brien.<\/p>\n
DUI is suspected, he added.<\/p>\n
