The celebration \u2014 hosted by the offices of Councilmembers Anthony Tordillos and Peter Ortiz, as well as the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/lowridercouncil\/?hl=en\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">United Lowrider Council of San Jose<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 will run from noon to 6 p.m. on Santa Clara Street between Third and Seventh streets in front of City Hall.
