A third person died following Saturday\u2019s plane crash in Central California, authorities said on Sunday.<\/p>\n
The Fresno County Sheriff\u2019s Office said a woman died at the hospital after a plane crashed near the Sierra Sky Park Airport in northwest Fresno. The incident left two children dead and a fourth victim, a man, in critical condition.<\/p>\n
On Saturday, the sheriff\u2019s office said multiple agencies responded to a report of a plane crash in the 7300 block of N. Blythe Avenue. There, authorities found a fixed wing single-engine airplane on fire atop the bluff of the San Joaquin River.<\/p>\n
The sheriff\u2019s office said firefighters extinguished the flames, preventing them from spreading to nearby homes. Authorities said two children and two adults were in the plane; both children died at the scene.<\/p>\n
Authorities have not released the victims\u2019 identities nor their relationship.<\/p>\n
