A swimming pool rental goes from party to pandemonium at a multi-million dollar home near 4S Ranch on Sunday night.

San Diego police estimated up to 500 people, most of them underage, spilled into the cul-de-sac. They said juveniles had open containers of alcohol out in the street. Others were jumping the fence to get into the backyard.

One party-goer was stabbed with a broken bottle. Neighbors told NBC San Diego they’re outraged.

It was chaos Sunday night outside Farana Chowdhury’s home on Barolo Court. Some attendees had to be carried away. Some couldn’t get across the street and collapsed in the middle of it.

In one video, Chowdhury was shamed by a neighbor as a shirtless girl seemingly unable to get up on her own is helped to a waiting car.

NBC San Diego’s Dave Summers approached Chowdhury on Monday.

“I am Ms. Chowdhury, but I am not ready to speak right now,” she said.

Chowdhury avoided our cameras but kept talking from behind her fence. She told NBC San Diego she knew about the party but did not say it was OK.

Next door neighbor Lisa Parry said this was not the first pool party rental.

“There were half-naked women. There were drunk women, stumbling, passed out,” Parry said.

A post on Swimply.com, a website for private pool rentals, shows you can rent Chowdhury’s pool for $36 per hour.

According to Parry, her neighbor said it was supposed to be a birthday party for 40 people.

“There was beer cans being thrown around, lots of bottles around. There were people passed out, people peeing in front yards,” Parry said.

When NBC San Diego first pulled into the cul-de-sac on Monday, full trash cans littered the street. But according to the neighbors, these trash cans were full well before the party.

Neighbor Chris Cho collected two full trash bags of throw-aways from the street.

“We saw a bunch of cigarettes, alcohol bottles. It was like, almost like a football stadium at the high school — packed,” she said.

Police said in addition to the noise, there were fireworks. Police said the party-goer who was likely stabbed with a broken bottle, couldn’t identify her attacker. The person’s condition is not yet known.

Police said Chowdhury was cited, but did not specify what she was cited for.

“We’re a very quiet, family-oriented, little block of families that live here. We like our peace and quiet,” Cho said.

The pool party is having a lasting effect on neighbors and many are wondering when it might happen again.

“I don’t want this to happen again. I want to feel safe again and have our neighborhood back,” Parry said.

San Diego police responded to the incident. Neighbors said by the time they got there, most of the party had already broken up. A spokesperson said officers will return to the neighborhood to get copies of video recordings.

A swimming pool rental goes from party to pandemonium at a multi-million dollar home near 4S Ranch on…

[28
12128,74,76,75
post-456971","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-san-diego","tag-4s-ranch","tag-san-diego","tag-san-diego-headlines","tag-san-diego-news
["GET
