(KFSN) &#8212; No plea deal has been offered so far to a former Fresno County judge indicted by a federal grand jury on sexual assault and obstruction charges<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">During a status conference today, the government requested that a trial confirmation hearing for Adolfo Corona be set for July 26, 2027, and a jury trial in August.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">In August 2025, a grand jury returned a five- count indictment against the former Superior Court Judge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The 66-year-old is charged with sexually assaulting two court employees, making false statements to cover up his alleged crimes, and obstructing the investigation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Two years ago, Corona pleaded not guilty to earlier county charges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">He also denies the federal indictment.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2026 KFSN-TV.
