Three contestants put their listening skills to the test in \u201cWhat\u2019s That Sound,\u201d a fun-filled game sponsored by McWilliams & Walden and hosted by Dakotah Massie.<\/p>\n
Jaime, Angela and Shawn faced off in a series of mystery sounds, with the first contestant to correctly identify three sounds earning the win. Before the competition began, the contestants shared their dream destinations if money were no object. Answers ranged from living full-time aboard a private cruise ship to owning a private island or a mountain property complete with a river, gardens and farm animals.<\/p>\n
Once the game began, the contestants had to rely on their ears\u2014and their buzzers\u2014to identify sounds without knowing what was coming next.<\/p>\n
Among the mystery sounds were someone brushing their teeth, cutting paper, shuffling playing cards, flipping a car seat belt, and using a paper towel dispenser. The competition stayed close, with all three contestants eventually tied at two correct answers apiece.<\/p>\n
That set up a dramatic final round.<\/p>\n
The winning sound was a can being crumpled, giving one contestant the third correct answer and the victory.<\/p>\n
After congratulating the contestants, Massie turned the game over to viewers at home with one final mystery sound. Viewers who think they know the answer are invited to call the number displayed on screen, with the first correct caller winning a special prize.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat\u2019s That Sound\u201d combines competition, comedy and a little bit of luck, proving that sometimes the simplest everyday noises can be surprisingly difficult to identify.<\/p>\n
