Crowl is running to unseat Bob Smith, who currently represents Ward 4.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Bittle is a prominent businessowner in Bakersfield, owning and operating KC Steakhouse. She also sits on the city&#8217;s planning commission for Ward 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Crowl is a professional pilot who manages Lloyd&#8217;s Aviation near Meadows Field Airport.
