A few days ago, Eat, Learn & Play took to its social media to make a post that read as, \u201cThe oldest school in The Town now has the newest schoolyard! Oakland Unified School District\u2019s Prescott Elementary is full of incredible Oakland history, including being the oldest continuously running public school in Oakland and home to Oakland\u2019s first African American teacher, Dr. Ida Louise Jackson.\u201dThe post added, \u201cWhat a great location for our 25th schoolyard build! In partnership with @kaboom and @ousdnews, @eatlearnplay was thrilled to join the Prescott school community to install 3 new kid-designed play structures, 2 1\/2 multi-sport courts, 20 tables with umbrellas to create an outdoor classroom, 21 garden beds (the most we\u2019ve ever done), an outdoor stage, 2 nature exploration areas, and beautiful murals throughout the school.\u201dThe post has now made many fans emotional as Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry, continue to help children out in their community.<\/p>\n

For the unversed, the charity was initially set up close to a decade ago, to provide quality education and nutritious meals to children coming from underprivileged backgrounds in Oakland to give them opportunities to be successful in their lives.The charity began with Stephen Curry and his wife, Ayesha Curry, pouring in funds from their personal accounts to be there for the children of Oakland.Since then, Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha Curry\u2019s charity, Eat.
