Kreider posted 22-28-50 totals in his lone season there.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He and the Ducks officially agreed to terminate his contract earlier this week, allowing him to become an unrestricted free agent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 35-year-old Boxford, MA native has 348-284-632 career point totals, along with another 50 goals and 33 assists in 135 career playoff games.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Canadiens fans still remember his collision with Habs goaltender Carey Price in the 2014 Eastern Conference Final, which resulted in a right knee injury that ultimately led to the end of his career.<\/p>\n<p>\t<script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Montreal Canadiens have added another top-six forward to the mix.
