Click here for previous coverage of the Eady family<\/a><\/p>\nAttendees described the funeral for the victims of the tragic September 5 plane crash as a true celebration of life, with 500 people filling the same place of worship as the Eadys.<\/p>\n
Among attendees was Clovis Mayor Vong Mouanoutoua, who had the opportunity to speak with Danna Eady’s parents.<\/p>\n
“When you lose a child, there’s no word in the English language to describe it when you lose a child,” the mayor said.<\/p>\n
The Eadys were members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints — the family worshiping in the mountain community of Auberry.<\/p>\n
The 11 am service was also shared online, with 200 viewing the funeral via Zoom.<\/p>\n
Photo books were displayed in the front entrance, showcasing the many passions the family shared together.<\/p>\n
The funeral service also included the reading of a handwritten letter by the president of the LDS Church.<\/p>\n
Danna’s parents expressed their gratitude for the immense outpouring of support in the wake of the tragedy.<\/p>\n
Craig, Danna, and their two young children died when the small passenger plane they were flying in crashed in northwest Fresno near the Sierra Sky Park airport.<\/p>\n
