District 4 Councilmember\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sanjosespotlight.com\/campbell-council-picks-new-vice-mayor-after-restaurant-incident\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Elliot Scozzola<\/a>\u00a0is not seeking another term, leaving Planning Commission Chair Davis Fields facing off against political newcomer Joseph Guardado.
