San Diego has made giant missteps in past real estate endeavors. The Midway area is not only tired, it\u2019s worn-out and not close to highest and best use.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The project will bring an opportunity to deliver a state-of-the-art coastal development, with housing, parks and an arena that Stan Kroenke (who built SoFi Stadium with $5 billion privately funded and took less than four years to complete) has signed up to develop.
