The 35-year-old winger joins a young team that is coming off reaching the East final before losing to eventual <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/carolina-hurricanes-stanley-cup-08c589854d1cd24d60828e94db379909\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Stanley Cup champion Carolina<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kreider has been booed in Montreal since colliding with Carey Price during a playoff series with the Rangers in 2014.
