Here\u2019s what I said about it back then (with some minor editing):<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Five years after Brad Nowell died of an overdose, his old Sublime bandmates Eric Wilson and Bud Gaugh are still keeping the flame alive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Even though they are now members of the ska-punk-dub-funk septet Long Beach Dub Allstars, and even though this is their second album, Wilson and Gaugh stir up Nowell\u2019s spirit once again here, sampling the Sublime chestnut What I Got as the basis of Sunny Hours, the first tune (and, I bet, first single) on this disc. Tribute or cash-in? You be the judge. Thankfully, it ends there, and the rest of the hour-long disc consists of nothing more predictable than their typically sunny, reggae-tinged pop-punk.
