Fresno Pacific University announced it received a $60 million gift from an anonymous donor on Monday, September 14, 2026.<\/p>\n

Fresno Pacific University recently received a $60 million donation that will help strengthen its nursing program and add new track facilities.<\/p>\n

The university announced the massive gift Monday morning, calling it the largest in Central Valley history.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is truly a transformational moment in the history of Fresno Pacific University,\u201d school president Andr\u00e9 Stephens said. \u201cThis extraordinary generosity will create opportunities for generations of students and strengthen our ability to serve the Central Valley in ways that will be felt far beyond our campuses.\u201d<\/p>\n

The anonymous donation will help support scholarships, fund a new track and field stadium and grow the university\u2019s nursing program. Additionally, Fresno Pacific University will use the funds to build a new physician associate program, which the campus expects to launch in 2029.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want this gift to create opportunities for students for many years to come,\u201d the anonymous donor said in a written statement. \u201cMy hope is that it will help students pursue their education, strengthen healthcare here in the Valley and give student-athletes the opportunity to excel in competition, in the classroom and in their faith.\u201d<\/p>\n
