Eagle Rock\u2014The Burbank\/Toluca Lake bakery, Lou The French On The Block<\/a>, is expanding with a new store at 1565 Colorado Blvd., the former home of Eagle Rock Juice Co. The new venture plays on the original name, and is called “Lou The French On The Rock.” According to bakery staff, a soft opening is expected at the end of September followed by a grand opening in October. French baker Laurent Lou Correa came to Los Angeles in 2012 and made pastries for the French of Les LILA for two years. He established a successful catering business in 2014 and later opened his brick and mortar store in 2016.\u00a0<\/p>\n Taking cats for a walk<\/p>\n
