Unfortunately, we have some really heavy news to share with you all. This morning, just after midnight, we lost our darling son and brother James, in a motor accident,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DdPBex7OPLS\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">the car club wrote on Instagram<\/a>. &#8220;We respectfully ask for privacy as a family, as we process this profound loss.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Wehr&#8217;s wife, Emma Wehr, took to Instagram to issue an emotional tribute to her late husband. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I never thought the day would come that I&#8217;d have to say such a final goodbye,&#8221; she wrote on Instagram. &#8220;Getting the opportunity to love you will always be the greatest blessing in my life.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"It was not immediately clear who was behind the wheel of the McLaren when it crashed.
